THE DEKALOGO PROCEEDINGS

Pursuant to its vision to be a national and global graduate school for public and development managers, the Graduate School of Public and Development Management (GSPDM) is committed to increase awareness of and help address various governance issues that influence the people’s quality of life. Thus, the GSPDM offers the Dekalogo, a lecture series where professors, researchers, practitioners, and luminaries are invited to discuss and exchange insights with audiences on interesting topics related to public management and governance. Inspired by Apolinario Mabini’s “El Verdadero Decalogo” (The True Decalogue), which expounds on the great Sublime Paralytic’s ideas on the basic tenets of good citizenship, the Dekalogo hopes to impart valuable lessons on good governance characterized by ethical servant leadership. patriotism, integrity, and professionalism.​

The Dekalogo Proceedings serve as a record of these knowledge co-creation activities, a chronicle of these crucial topics including the Anthropocene Epoch, the Philippine Blue Economy, Public Management Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence, the Futures of Philippine Smart Cities, Consumer Contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals, and Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness.
